How we arrived at this counsel
A growing company doesn't just need to fit one model once — it needs headroom for the biggest models in this class (DeepSeek V4 Pro needs 1,920 GB minimum) plus enough spare memory and compute to serve many users at once and add more models later. Even our largest single-node cluster (the 8-GPU H200 server, 1,128 GB) falls short of DeepSeek V4 Pro alone.
